Don't eat there no one else does !!!
I was the only person eating in the 'restaurant' ....
8 pm on a Friday ?!. Should have been packed. Gordon Ramsey if you need the next location this is it. Fish cat from frozen - better from a chip shop. The steak was definitely not on although on the menu - as I was the only person in the restaurant and the staff member knew how to operate a microwave but not a cooker, Such a shame.
Excellent value stay
Great value for money stay.
To just get away and use as a base its really good. Staff on reception could not have been any more helpful. Very nice people. If the need arises I would use this hotel again.
stay at the premier inn
We arrived and entered the room it seemed ok.
Went to the bathroom and there were clumps of long black hair over the floor. I went down to reception to report it and was told someone would be up to have a look. We went out for dinner for 3 hours and came back to find the room untouched. As we were tired from traveling we didn't bother chasing it up and went straight to bed. The mattress was worn out because the edges were nice and hard but the middle sagged so much we ended up rolling into the middle during the night. We both had nasty backache that spoiled the wedding we went to the next day. We also booked breakfast and that was awful too. I had croissants that were stale, tasteless coffee and the wife's tea also had no taste. The only other person in the room had a full cooked breakfast and left most of it as it was dry and over cooked. The only decent things were the porridge at breakfast and the power shower in the room. Even the apple I ate at breakfast was over ripe.
Not a bad stay
My partner and I were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room, and the bathroom in particular.
The room was clean on the whole, apart from some suspicious brown marks on the wall right next to the bed which weren't particularly nice to look at. There was a wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, tub chair, bedside table with phone, hairdryer and tea making facilities. The door into the room was cut in such a way that it didn't fit the door frame at the top and so you could very clearly hear conversations in the corridor. There was a wedding going on in he function room when we arrived at 8pm and the guests had completely taken over the car park, ignoring the lines completely and so we had to park quite a walk from the hotel on a side street near the park.
Quality Hotel Wolverhampton
Couldn't complain for the price, hotel itself looks a little tired in places but the room itself was fine.
Would definitely book again.
Would not go back
The staff here are very friendly.
