Clean, friendly, lovely
Great hotel, easy to find, great food, nice swimming pool with accessible shower/toilet. Bar and restaurant. Main thing for family was that it was lovely and clean. Decor little dated but who wants to spend all their holiday in the room anyway? Nice gardens, 5 minute walk to Shanklin old village with various shops, ie sweets, souvenirs, newsagents, tea rooms etc. Nothing was too much trouble and relieved to arrive at a hotel which was so clean and smelt so lovely too !

The stay was nice but the beds are incredibly
uncomfortable and the pillows unbelievably
thin, we left a night early as I couldn't bear another
night without sleep. This being said the staff
are lovely.
