Really lovely hotel! Great location. Perfect size room for 3 of us. Friendly staff. I always stay at hilton hotels because of past experience. Only thing is if you are a light sleeper then don't have a ground floor room the trams are really close by.

Fantastic but needs a restaurant
The hotel was absolutely beautiful & so clean. Staff were lovely. Only thing it lacked was a restaurant for lunch & dinner. We arrived in torrential rain & would have preferred to sit in a restaurant but had to go back out in the rain to look for somewhere to eat. Breakfast buffet was amazing though.

Hampton in Birmingham
Slightly dissapointed with this hotel it having an association with Hilton. No Car parking on site, and no room service which is dissapointing after 350 miles in the car. Few local restauranrs apart from Domino Pizza next door. Room OK. Wouldn'd choose to stay here again.

Very friendly staff room was very clean and very comfortable. The only downside would be I felt the room was a little too small for 2 people but managable and also the heating in the room wasn't great and the battery on the remote had gone. But overall a plesent stay.

Great value, location except the local car park
All was fine with hotel, very clean, nice food, great staff. the parking at the local carpark was not good due to the hours of business starting at 8am and so you need to pay online or by automated phone message, AFTER 9pm the previous evening. If you haven't sussed it already, its a council scam to catch out the general public who only wish to pay for what they use with a modern day simplicity, cash!

Excellent, well appointed room, but given marks rather than 6 because (a) no bath - only a shower and (b) i couldn't get the News channel on the TV.
Breakfast marked down as (a) scramble egg was crumbly (why can't hotels offer fried or boiled eggs?).
Sausage wasn't very nice.
No tomato juice and orange juice too sweet.
No muesli
Coffee not very good.
Marmalade a cheap product.

excellent
Security was great with swipe access on stairs and lifts as well as lifts and rooms. The whole hotel was clean, smelled fresh and the beds (we had a twin room) were large and comfortable. Recommended.

Disappointed
Stayed overnight here on Saturday.
Was woken up by the fire alarm at 8am which was very loud. All had to evacuate and stand outside on the street in our pyjamas in the cold for an hour. Very disorganised, no information or appologies.
The hotel is nice but I feel if there was a real fire then they wouldn't be organised enough to deal with it.
No customer satisfaction.
