Nice place - friendly and comfortable
The staff that we met were very polite. The breakfast was good. The room was basic but beds were very comfortable. We felt that maybe a few more plug sockets would be helpful though.

Curtains were hanging of track, tiles in bathroom were ready to fall off, shower head sprayed water sideways, no draws to put anything in, and in regards to the food day 1 , the food was all dried up and Luke warm , day 2 , breakfast was cooked to order, again bacon dried up, sausage, was rock hard and not enable I think it was warmed up from day befor. Would stay again but would not have food.

fair value for money
this is a basic hotel, would need to be refurbished for some aspects but at last offers a fair value for money.
would be hard to find cheaper in whole birmingham area (appart Accor Ibis budget which has a £5 added fee for car park).

Totally Appauling
This so called hotel should be demolished. The reception area was uninviting, cold dreary looking. The lift was filthy and far from hygienically clean. The room itself was dirty and smelly. The small fridge well don't go there.. I wouldn't put anything in it. The bathroom was clean (ish) however the actual bathroom suite was prehistoric. The TV reception was diabolical for 2014.... It either had terrible base background thumping noise or the picture flickered... No warning for those who suffered with hearing sensitivity or epilepsy, could not be watched at all. The rooms are not sound proof at all. This hotel should not be called a hotel. It resembled and sounded like a 1970's brothel.
