A two night stay near Conwy.

A beautiful location overlooking estuary.

New and tidy but lacking many of the refinements of 5* accommodation. Bedroom too small to fit in a dressing table or drawers, wardrobe fitments too high for short people like me. A superb lounge available but only TV in bedroom where there was no seating arrangements. Staff were very friendly and helpful but a long stay would not be recommended.

It was nice to have the added interest of the Bodnant Estate, gardens and Welsh Food Centre on hand.

Lovely location

After my initial interaction with a member of staff being quite odd, the service I received was great and very attentive.

The staff in the tea room were you have breakfast displayed the highest levels of service. When I tried to check out know one was to be found and I found a cheff coming on duty and asked him to find someone.

Room was small but had everything I needed and created a lovely cosy feel to it.

Beautiful surrounds and outstanding food. Everything I had hoped for and more. Will definitely be going back.

Arrived New Years Day for short break treat and a bit if pampering before going back to work only to be told restaurant wasn't opening that evening as not enough interest, also Marjoram room had no bath just a very small shower room so no soak in bath either.

Room was small but did provide everything else .

It was a very windy night and room door rattled so had to put case against it.

Staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

Overall a bit expensive, but maybe that's because I was looking forward to eating in restaurant and was disappointed as we had checked on website to see if it was closed NYD .

Very Pleasing Experience

Staff very attentive, polite and willing to please.

Actual accommodation was of a very high standard with sufficient space to relax and treat it as a rather desirable second home. We have already booked a return visit for next month. Enough said.

Excellent country getaway

We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the farmhouse was part of a complex of facilities.

We made use of all of them. The staff are very helpful and the setting is glorious. We particularly enjoyed the additional facilities of a comfortable lounge and kitchen. The food was exceptionally good in the restaurant and shop. A very big thank you for a very enjoyable stay. We will return!

Everything you could want or need on your doorstep

Set in a beautiful location, we felt like children in a toy shop..

The food shop was amazing. As was the restaurant and tea rooms. Every morning we were greeted by a lovely lady called Marion with a smile and ready to serve that lovely breakfast, she made it all the more worth while... We left happy and with a ' cool box ' full of Bodant products and great memories.

Lovely place in a unique setting , could,nt complain about anything other than the prices in the Farm shop-pretty expensive.
