Not good.
Showers were minging. Rooms are big with lots of beds but this isn't a bad thing; what is more worrying is that one of the bunk beds was rocking as I got into it so I chose another one that was unoccupied but got woken up in the middle of the night with a query over what bed I was in. There was a bottle of Mr Muscle hooked over one of the bunks and another guessed said it was used to clean the sheets... Still can't decide whether he was joking or not. Staff are friendly enough but I arrived at 3pm and had to wait for 10 mins for no apparent reason only to be told my room wasn't ready. I was also asked for ID so bring some with you, fortunately, I had my driving licence on me as I tend not to carry my passport around with me in my own country...

Great location near Soho and Piccadilly, central but tucked down a fairly quiet street. I stayed here after my work Christmas party in Soho, decent place to stay for a night and cheap. Person who served me was friendly.

Good Old days in College
The staff was helpful, but like many places in Europe you have to search it out. Best to get there before dark.

Couldn't give this 4 Stars
Arrived and was told to wait rather than check in. I called to check the availability of lockers to put my stuff in and was told there was lockers, no problem. Well all of the lockers were damaged and didn't work and even if they were serviceable they was barely big enough to fit a single credit card so very little use to anyone.
The room was clean but jam packed full of beds. Not really 4 star anything and a little daunting of a place but the location is good.
