Excellent value, comfortable and reasonably central.
Needed a cheap room near Ouseburn, and was not disappointed. Room was clean if a little shabby, not the place to go for a romantic break.
Overall very happy with accommodation.

Pity it's only for Summer
This place was amazing as I've stayed in quite a few crap holes in my time. Clean, and comfy. The only downside is that you can only stay in the summer when students aren't there otherwise I'd book again for the next event I have in Newcastle!

Great value for money, nice room, friendly staff
Lovely friendly staff. Student accommodation but far nicer than I was expecting. Room was nice, spacious, double bed, ensuite bathroom, tea/coffee/kettle, TV, free WiFi. Modern building, felt secure. Considering it's so close to town (10min walk) it was very quiet. Good night's sleep.
Free parking would be nice, but you can't have everything.

KIitchen Facilities
Good, however lack of basic cutlery, crockery and cooking essentials for summer stays was an inconvenience.

ideal for contractors
This is clean, quite accommodation just a few steps from Metro station (Manors) and very close to the city center. Rooms are reasonably well equipped (Premier Inn standard) plus there is an access to modern shared kitchen. It is a good value for money at the price of 35 GBP per nigth during the summer season.

Not bad apart from
The room was good, apart from the fact that it hadn't been cleaned out from the previous occupant, the bins where full the towels were used and the bed clothes were rolled up on the floor, however the staff were very helpful when I told them about this and immediately sorted me out some new bedding and towels. Had a bit of a drama getting into the flat at night as the door didn't have a key but it had a electronic fob which was a bit temperamental,

Cheap and more than cheerful
Excellent value at £35 for a clean, comfortable, simple double room, close to the quayside as well.
