Great budget accommodation
Perfect location for access to the NIA, ICC and shopping. Hotel staff could not have been more helpful.
The only minor grumbles were the toilet paper and tissues supplied in rooms. Only 1 tea bag supplied for 2 people!! However a quick call to reception and it was tea for all!
I would definitely book this hotel again and shall in fact be using the 10% return booking offer!

A good hotel with good service, though surprised to be given a room with disabled facilities. Not a problem, though the room was £24 more expensive by booking a day in advance rather than just booking on arrival.

My main complaint is that the otherwise excellent facilities were let down by the uncomfortable fold down bed which my 14 year old son found hard to sleep on.

ibis Styles Birmingham Centre
The hotel is very central, easy to find and very quiet and comfortable. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very pleasant, clean, comfortable beds, roomy enough for a night's stay. Buffet style breakfast - continental style - was good, enough if you don't want a cooked breakfast, and nice to have a free paper to read as well.

Very friendly staff and extremely clean room. Woken by some late night noise but it was a Saturday and the noise was fleeting. Would definitely stay there again.

Family stay in February
We stayed for two nights. It was a good location within ten minutes (with small children) walking distance of Brindley Place where there are lots of places to eat and the the Sealife Centre. It was clean and the breakfast was a buffet. Kids slept on a sofabed. It was very nice and good value overall.

Ibis Birmingham
Initial Receptionist invited us to use the car park at £12 per day. Instead, I parked right outside on the street for £1.40 overnight Sat and free on the Sunday. Would have been nice to have been told the options. Room was immaculate and bed very comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing. Continental style but one of the worst in terms of variety. It felt a bit 'budget' when the full price was £129, reduced to £79 through Late Rooms. Overall, clean and did the job but not plush. Receptionist on check out was much better and very friendly.

Nice hotel, good value shame about breakfast
Really clean and well presented just a shame there was no cooked breakfast option, and the pastries were burnt but cold.
