Modern clean very good value
We've stayed here a few times now and always get a good night's sleep.
Very clean very modern. Plenty of parking. The entrance lobby is impressive.
Stayed over for birthday celebrations in the city.
Thought wee would be out of place with it being near the conference centre but we were made very welcome. Beautiful room and bathroom, would definitely stay here again, even if a bottle of wine did cost us an arm and a leg.
we love the hotel
We will be staying at this hotel every time we stay in Nottingham
The hotel is flagged as being 4*; this is questionable; a 'sound 3' is a better description.
There were features indicated on the website that did not appear in reality; eg, It was not a power shower. The blocked basin waste did little to help matters. I remain unsure as to what 'Executive' means in this context. The views from the windows were very pleasant and the whole building was designed effectively.
Service at the desk was less than crisp, it could/should have been better.
Food at the breakfast was of good quality, showed a wide range of food and was presented well.
excellent customer service, facilities and cleanliness, staff very helpful
Very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
The room was comfortable and the bathroom felt spacious with a walk in shower that made the end of the day worth it. I will happily stay again.
Excellent accommodation but food was expensive
The room was very good except it overlooked the delivery bay, which became noisy quite early in the morning.
If you do not mind closed windows, the first floor would be good. The room was a good size and well equiped. Breakfast was good, but dinner was quite expensive given the size of the portions
Beautiful location, a calming oasis.
Good place to stay
It's a really appealing hotel as you enter with lots of parking available.
Disappointed at front desk because they said they hadn't been aware of our 4 year old coming with us despite booking him in. Not what you want when it's late and he is cranky. Thankfully we had chosen the executive room so there was plenty of space and housekeeping brought over a fold up bed very promptly. Had to call again to get towels for him but that again was done efficiently. Really nice room. Well proportioned. Good wifi. Plenty of sockets for recharging devices. Good breakfast next morning at the buffet. Only slight critique is tea and coffee people are hard to get hold of. And a refill is almost impossible. Other than minor niggles a great good value experience.
Booked this hotel for an overnight stay and no complaints.
Everywhere was spotlessly clean, good sized standard room. Breakfast was very good - plenty of choice. Hotel is set in the grounds of Nottingham University and was very quiet. Gardens at the back of the hotel well worth the short walk to reach them. Would definitely stay here again.
