4Self Classified Guest House Ratings explained
45 Priory Road, , , Kenilworth, CV8 1LL
Ferndale House is a warm and friendly, family-run guest house, recently refurbished to a high standard. Bedrooms offer a good standard of comfort and breakfasts are served in the pleasant dining room. Our Kenilworth Guest House is a great place to stay in Warwickshire, book your rooms now online for a great deal or by phone, your call will be most welcome. Our rooms offer a choice of single, double or king size beds, en-suite bathroom, television and wireless broadband facilities. Other amenities include a guest sitting room, comfortable dining room and private car park. An extensive breakfast menu is available which is cooked to order, offering English, Vegetarian and Continental breakfast with homemade bread and preserves. Modern Kenilworth is frequently regarded as a dormitory town for commuters to Coventry, Birmingham and Leamington Spa. Despite its proximity to the University of Warwick on Coventry's southern outskirts, it has only a small student population of mostly postgraduate students, although many staff at the university choose to live in Kenilworth. The town has good transport links - the Birmingham International Airport, and M6, M42 and M40 motorways are within 16 km (10 miles) of central Kenilworth. For the business user Ferndale Guest House is 16km (10mls) from the NEC, close to the National Agricultural Center and Warwick University Business Park. Attractions for the holiday maker include Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Stratford upon Avon and The Cotswolds. There are a large variety of restaurants to suite a wide range of tastes within walking distance of the Guest House

Great value comfortable stay
Beautiful old house very well converted for B&B. Single room at the top of the house on the small side but very well equipped with a small, smart up to date bathroom. Lovely breakfast. 10 minute walk into Kenilworth and parking, great location. Great value for money, would definitely stay again.

Only a 1 night stay so accommodation etc. experience was limited to a few hours sleeping and breakfast. Very pleasant people, room small but comfortable enough for my purposes, clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, basic English .... no complaints !!!
Will stay here again next time I need a bed in Kenilworth !!

Nice guest house, great location
Stayed for just one night but had a good nights sleep as we were at the back of the house. Good facilities, lovely breakfast with good choices. Would go again with no hesitation.

Good overall for what it is
Room was nice if a little small. the bathroom was slightly impractical in its smallness. The full English wasn't very good. But everything else was good. The people were friendly but not overbearing, the other breakfast choices were good, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is practical.

And we ate at a very good Indian restaurant newly opened close to the Holiday Inn.
The following morning breakfast did not disappoint. It was excellant plenty food, and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Brilliant stay, definitely come back when in the neighbourhood ;-)
I found the B&B owners very accommodating in every aspect.
There was place to park my car off road. Bed was comfortable with luxury bedding and towels. Room was cosy, quiet and all was thought of right from the jug of water up to the 3 books on my window sill ready for me to read if I needed to. Breakfast included in the rate double bonus as it was a yummy one.
Definitely was pleasantly surprised as it was my first visit, highly recommend.
