Holiday inn Wembley
We stayed here for a night it's in a good location close to the tube and good shopping centre next door
With a variety of places to eat
Great place to stay
Great hotel, goo customer service, very clean, lovely breakfast and close to Wembley stadium which was what we wanted as went to the Coldplay concert and didn't have to worry about getting the train home.
Was also a bonus to be near the London Designer Outlets where we picked up a few bargains.
The breakfast was not fantastic, too many guest, not really enough staff, apart from this, the staff and hotel is very good.
Well done Holiday Inn Wembley
Fantastic venue, well worth the stop over, all the team are polite, considerate and friendly.
Overall a good hotel, some things could be improved
Nice hotel in an excellent location close to shops, station and amenities.
Checked in quickly which was good. Bathrobes missing from the room, when I requested some at the desk I was informed that they had run out. This was requested about 2 hours after check in so don't know how they ran out already.
The gentleman in the spa area was really friendly and helpful, telling me about the prices of memberships and explaining where everything was. Fire alarm went off at about 7pm, was really loud and was told to evacuate the building. Left my room, no staff in site until I entered the reception area and I had to ask them what was happening as they were continuing to work. Was told it was a false alarm and to go back to my room. Had to wait another 5 minutes or so before the alarm was turned off.
Check out could be easier, maybe having a box for guests to put their room cards into as we were expected to queue to just hand in a card. Normally this would have been ok, but there were three people in the queue in front of us and we could hear one of the staff having a conversation with a guest about doing a marathon run. Fine if you don't have a queue full of people waiting to check out. All these are minor things though and I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
Simply a perfect place to stay.
I would love to to book again and the service is great.
All staff were exceptionally helpful, considerate, competent and friendly and they made our stay a very pleasant and memorable experience.
Holiday Inn Wembley
This was the second time that I had stayed at this hotel.
It is very comfortable place in which to stay. The rooms are moderately spacious, very clean and well equiped. The bathroom spotless and very clean. There is a leisure centre, including a pool, available but I do have time to enjoy same. There is parking avaialble which was important to me on this trip. There is an over night parking charge of £10 which I guess is acceptable. Although I did not dine in the restaurant this time, I had on a previous occusion. Very comfortable place to eat with very pleasant staff.
Could not cope with demand at breakfast time.
Food kept running out.
Brilliant for Wembley Arena
We stayed for an event at Wembley Arena.
Hotel was very clean, all staff were fantastic. Breakfast was good. Very quick walk to arena. Great value would stay again. Room was small but for a short stay it was fine. Parking overnight at the hotel very reasonable at £10.
