Good Room, Terrible Serivce

Good room in great location but horrible customer service.

Our flat had no hot water and no wifi. I tried to call but no one would answer and the only way to get in touch with maintenance was through email. Maintenance eventually replied to my numerous emails and said that they would send someone over that day....No one came. We had freezing showers and no internet. The service was terrible. When I finally managed to speak to someone, they were rude and unhelpful. Do not stay here.

Great place to yourself

The apartment was super easy to get to, and in a really nice location.

The staff were really friendly and there when I needed them. Would definitely stay here again over a hotel.

The pros for this hotel are that its priced OK for location.

Check in process was simple and hassle free. Amenities are good (iron, hairdryer etc)

In the bad camp, we have:

I found dried blood on the bedsheets (they had been cleaned but still stained), stained pillowcases and towels. General cleanliness is very poor in comparison to other hotels. Overall, the blood on the bedsheets alone is enough to never want to go back. Can't feel clean or rested in that environment. If they cleaned up their act then this could be a great hotel but until then i wont be back.

Such a shame!

The apartment on the face of it was pretty good and I am sure would be fine for people staying there if it was just sorted out a little.

What let is down is that I could not take a bath or shower as there was no hot water at all from the bath taps even though there was from the sink taps. I e-mailed them early that morning to tell them and ask if they could fix it but heard nothing so couldn't stay there for my second night as a result .. e-mailed them for a refund of the second night and again I have heard nothing - strange as they responded to all other e-mails. I took a look in the cupboard in the kitchen where the combi boiler is in case there was an obvious fault to find it in a horrible state with the bottom shelf all distorted and clearly had been soaked / mouldy at some point. Great location and could have been really good but lack of customer service and attention to the important things really let it down.

A fantastic location for central London, couldn't have been better.

Customer service was very good. The apartment was adequate but could have been cleaner. There were no sink or bath plugs so showering was the only option. The light above the bathroom mirror didn't work and there were no mirrors outside the bathroom where you could see to dry your hair. Instruction to use the oven would have been useful but on the whole the kitchen was well equipped.
