THE VERY BEST STAY
We Only Stayed for One Day But we Wished it Could Have Been a Week.Everything About That Day Was Wonderful.
The Room Was Amazing and The Bathroom Devine. Also The Breakfast Was Great. Could Give You 6 Stars Here. Thank You From Us Both.Lesley and Joe.
On arrival, we were made to feel comfortable by the friendly lady guest house owner
Room was very nice and homely and we had a lovely view from our room
Breakfast was very nice too
Would definitely stay here again
Lovely clean accommodation. Super breakfast and friendly owner
Just returned from a super 2-night break at this farmhouse.
It is homely and welcoming. Room was spotlessly clean. Choice of cereals, fruit & yoghurt for breakfast followed by full cooked English. Convenient location close to Wells. Super pubs nearby for eveningm meals and to sample the locally produced cider. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.
Best B&B so far
A lovely B&B with warm welcome and down to earth couple Sue and Chris, very helpful, They never rushed you from Breakfast and you felt relaxed and welcome throughout, We have been to many B&Bs who want your money and no Compassion in thier roles of looking after guests,or the rooms for that matter.
We have not had to complain about anything. Breakfast was lovely and proper mushrooms not tinned,
The room we stayed in was beautiful clean and a large comfy bed. Sue gave you plenty of Biscuits tea coffee and milk.
We would definatly stay again, we went here because we were hunting for a motorhome at the Bath Showground, What a tough decision after spending two nights here... We have decided to still go the motorhome route though because of the past experiences of B&Bs not all are the same as this unfortunatly. Will miss sue and Chris and the Bedroom of course.
The Highway man inn across the road serves good food, so does the Licensed local Chip restaurant. Bath showground couple of mile away,
A Little Gem
Late on a wet November afternoon, the instructions led us directly to Cannards Grave Farmhouse, where a warm welcome awaited us.
Following the usual opening pleasantries, our host showed us to our well appointed en-suite room. Equipped with plenty of storage space and a very large, very comfortable double bed. Well stocked tea and coffee making facilities and an first rate information folder. Our host had a broad knowledge of local eateries and the one out of the five possibles could not have been bettered. A LITTLE GEM
