I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hastings!
My teenage son and I slept in Hastings so he could take an early morning SAT exam at Sussex Coast College. This B+B is the perfect location, as it is just a two minute walk from the college and Hastings train station. The decor is fresh and stylish, the beds very comfortable, and the bathroom and everything else were sparkling clean. Breakfast is not included in the room price, but in our case, we didn't have time to enjoy a nice breakfast anyway, so I felt that was a plus to not have to pay for it. But the well-furnished tea and coffee tray in the room was very welcome for our quick breakfast before the exam. Also, it is just around the corner from public parking which is free overnight with a permit from the B+B. I would recommend this B+B to someone coming to Hastings who wants to be centrally located and stay in a lovely room that is beautifully kept by charming and attentive owners. I look forward to my next visit!

Lovely place very close to centre of Hastings
We had a lovely stay in this B and B. Couldn't think of anything else I could suggest to improve. ( even had umbrellas for guests to take out. )

Outstanding in every respect
I booked this the day before, based on location and was realloy impressed with the whole experience. Customer service was thorough and very pleasant. The room was brilliant, beautifully decorated and spotless, the bathroom was a triumph of style. We opted to have the breakfast and it was superb. We only stayed one night as we were on a bit of an adventure but I would definately stay there again for a longer break to explore Hastings and its surroundings.

Superb little find.
Found this place and immediately drawn to it from the photos but was a bit wary that they had used the 2 best rooms for the pictures and the rest were not quite as good. How wrong we were. Superb rooms, decorated and done out to a very high standard.
Met at the door by Vicky, shown in and full details of the room, town and everything we could ask for.
Best hotel service I've had in ages. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic
Me and my boyfriend stayed here on Saturday night and we had a really wonderful stay. The room was very stylishly decorated and had all of the required amenities and more! The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and although our room faced on to the road it was very quiet and we both got a good night's sleep. The guest house is ideally located about a five minute walk from Hastings station and a few seconds walk from the town centre and the Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The check in/check out was very easy and well organised and I was particularly impressed by the dressing table in the room and also the ipod dock. The beds were also super comfy!
The only issue we had was that the room was very warm during the night, and as our room was basement level we were reluctant to leave our windows wide open all night, however this was just our personal preference and not a major issue at all.
We would definitely stay at Senlac Guest House again and would reccommend it to all of our friends.
Thank you for a lovely stay!
