I got what I expected
I got this room at a very reasonable price of £30 for one night on August 15th.
Positives:
It was an excellent price. The B&B is ideally located in Norwich; it is very close to the rail station, Riverside and a short walk from the top of town. I had a very pleasant welcome and was even given a Visitor Car Parking Permit which saved me a great deal of hassle; the parking in Norwich can be treacherous. My room was spacious, clean, had a large double bed and everything else you would expect in a B&B. My shower was powerful and hot which was great!
Not So Goods:
My private bathroom was tucked underneath the staircase which was very small. I had a toilet and shower with alcohol gel to wash my hands; although I did have a sink in my room. Furthermore, I had to cross the corridor between the kitchen and communal breakfast room to get there which wasn't ideal.
The bedroom had no windows because it was the middle room on the ground floor between kitchen and communal breakfast room. There were double doors leading into the kitchen, so I was woken up early from breakfast preparation. The television was awkwardly placed behind the fireplace so partially blocked. The decor was an odd mix of traditional and modern. I didn't have pillow covers on all the pillows. The continental breakfast was quite basic; just cereal, toast, ham, cheese, filter coffee etc..
Things to consider:
There were guests using bedroom upstairs who I'm sure would have had very different experiences to me; perhaps they had en-suite bathrooms, windows and a little more privacy. The people who run the B&B were very welcoming and seemed lovely. I paid a very cheap rate and got what I paid for. I was perfectly happy.

Friendly Staff. Done the Job
Stayed for one night and overall Number 3 B&B done the job, room covered what we needed, basic and could do with a lick of paint but no big shakes. Staff were very friendly and relaxed, breakfast ( continental ) was fine, maybe could of done with some yoghurts and fruit but generally fine. Paid £ 59 for the one night and after consideration maybe this could be dropped a few pounds. Overall a pleasant stay and ideally positioned for what we needed. Would stay again but not at the same price.

Superb accommodation, convenient for rail travellers
I was very impressed with No. 3 B&B. The location is particularly advantageous, given that it is located within a short walk of the train station and is approximately 15 minutes on foot from the town centre. The room and en-suite were clean, well appointed and, as such, it represented excellent value for money. The couple who run the B&B were extremely helpful and very friendly. I would certainly stay here again. I was unable to take advantage of the breakfast, but from what I saw there appeared to be a good range of food and drink available.
