Excellent
The accommodation was of a high standard and very clean. The breakfast was good and freshly prepared. I have stayed in bigger and more expensive hotels that were nowhere near as good as this.

Wonderful stay
The room we had was excellent, spacious and with armchairs and en suite. Beds were very comfortable. The lcoation of the Britannia restaurants and beach. The cleanliness was apparent and I cannot fault the hosts. Breakfast and service was one of the best we have had. Good quality bacon and sausage and all perfectly cooked in a spacious dining room. Thanks to the hosts and staff, we will definitely be back.

Home From Home
This is a beautiful guest house, with a welcoming and homely feel. Our room was warm, and very comfortable....great nights sleep for all 4 of us. Decor was lovely and the room was spotless...not a single spec of dust anywhere, and believe me...I always check behind drawers, tvs and skirting boards for such ...( two children with eczema..so I tend to be OTT)....
Compared to other guest houses in Sunderland, this is the best one and we will stay here again.
