Absolutely fantastic!
Could not possibly make any complaints! Wonderfully warm hostess greeted us with such friendliness, making us feel so welcome in her beautiful home. A nice walk in to the city, situated close to Queens University. Quality of food was superb, as was the room and facilities. Overall a lovely stay!

An old-fashioned experience
This place is a one-off - has huge advantages such as beautiful old furniture and lovely paintings, but no en-suites or kettles in rooms. Value is similar to a Premier Inn but the facilities are fewer. However, this b and b has such character that there is really little comparison. It is well located, walking distance from restaurants, Queen's university, the Ulster Museum, two theatres and the city centre but is in an idyllically quiet hidden leafy terrace behind the larger street of Wellington Park.

Lovely room, very cosy bed but no Tv and no kettle in the room- both essential when travelling alone in a strange city. Lovely house and Lyne was very friendly but being able to make drinks etc at my own convenience would have been nice and a TV for personnel down time I really missed
