Fawlty towers

I have to say I have never stayed anywhere as bad as this.

Walked into room and got a bit of a shock. It didn't look very clean, the blinds were broken and wouldn't shut and we took one look at the bath mat a felt a little ill. Some very suspect stains on it. The lock on the door didn't work properly and there was a pile of rubbished left outside the bedroom door for anyone to trip over. The bed linen didn't match and had seen better days and we were unsure as to whether it was clean. We were made to pay up front and when we did try to pay no card machine was available. Although there was a steak house (breakfast room) to get food from we ventured into town. When we arrived back at 11pm there were people in the bar. The bar remained full till 5.15am. We were kept awake all night by the bar and subsequent brawl that took place in the early hours. They were also smoking something that was very suspect too. The people in the neighbouring room packed and left at 6am and when we left with out staying for breakfast there were other guest doing the same thing. After paying £150 for the room for 4 of us we felt ripped off and disgusted that this is the way we were treated.

ABSOLUTLEY DISCUSTING

Room was filthy, bedding looked like a dog had slept in it,cigarette ash on window sill, dust and hairs inside and out of kettle, cups still had tea in them, sink hanging off wall, extremley dangerous, bottles under bed.declined breakfast as would not have dared to eat in the place.Tv did not work, bedside furniture falling to bits, shower filthy with part used toiletries left in there.REPORTED EVERYTHING TO MANAGEMENT.Have used Late rooms many times before but will read reviews before I book again with them.

Very Helpful - Despite Late Rooms cock-up

Arrived at the hotel, but there was no room at the inn.

Late Rooms had sold the room three times over, and not informed the hotel. However, the landlady was very helpful and let us leave our luggage safe with her (we were on two wheels) whilst we went to enjoy the first day of our holiday, and she took it upon herself to ring round the other B&Bs in the area until she found us a room with a neighbour. Had it not been for her help, we would have ended up sleeping on the beach!

Worst Hotel

This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in.

On arrive told our booking had been cancelled by late rooms but we think this was a plot to get us to book in for 2 nights instead of the one - lucky for us we didnt and wished we hadn't pushed for the one night. Luxury accommodation it was not even the showers (advertised as state of the art) didn't work. Don't get me started on the fire alarm constantly going off because they were cooking in the kitchen or the large group of lads peeing on the beds and shouting at 4am. Would not recommend to stay here ever again
