Had a lovely time here.

The staff were very welcoming and polite. Great facilities and location, with a two minute walk to the seafront. Lots of free parking available too. Bed was very comfortable and all round very pleasant stay.

I was very surprised about the hotel,I expected it to be a lot more for the room to start with and when I got there,I wasn't expecting it to be as nice as what it was,the people were very friendly too,I will definately be looking to stay here again and recommending to friends and family

weekend stay

The receptionist was really good at his job but once into the room, we noticed a few issues such as moulded window seals and the spring that pushes the door was broken, when j looked on the bed, I found hairs which made me believe that the room wasn't cleaned well.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke from within the hotel and there was a constant buzz from the bathroom next door and the boiler noise was too loud. Overall it wasn't a bad place for the price but care could have been taken to clean the room coz it was off putting

I was greeted by riche the owner, he was very nice and helpful.

I booked a double room but I got a family room, which was very nice.lovely and clean, a short walk from the shops. I would definately stay here again.

Lovely Place To Stay For A Seaside Retreat

We booked this hotel and were very glad to have found a very reasonably priced hotel very well located in Blackpool.

We were greeted by Richie and Lynn and as we had got to blackpool early we dropped our cases and went to explore. We later returned to check In and our cases had been put in our room and moved in. The room was lovely and clean. For £30 a night you seriously can't go wrong. We will definitely be back. Perfect for sightseers, perfect for families.

Great location

We stayed here for the Bank Holiday weekend and booked it last minute on late rooms.

Location is great, straight across from central pier, 2 minutes off the front so in the mix for everything. Richard the landlord made us very welcome during the stay and couldn't do enough for us. Rooms we're clean and tidy with new carpets throughout. One thing if you require firm mattresses enquire because ours was a little soft. Would definitely go back again!
