Very friendly!

Very much enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable beds, nice clean room, lovely people, plumbing in slight need of renovation.

Wonderful Hospitality

Mrs C and her team were great.

They went out of their way to accommodate any needs and help.

The breakfast was excellent each day. The entertainment was good too.

All the staff were friendly and well presented.

Would definately recommend. I plan to return again in the future.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room had no view but we had booked thinking that we were taking our dog with us and therefore did not expect one of the best rooms. However, room was clean and more than adequate for our needs.

Thank you for your review. I hope we did explain why we use the 2 particular we do it is for the animals safety. The rooms are of the same standard as all our other rooms but, with no view at all.

bad service and used room

First of all, person at reception did not know what she was doing .

she had given our room to somebody else what was written on our booking at their reception paper work. Then after making me wait for 15 mins she gave us different room which were used and unclean....bed sheet were filthy covered in hairs, blood on sheet and scabs, binned filled up with rubbish, tea cup with lipstick on, dirty bathroom with used towels.

went back to reception and kept waiting for an other 15 - 20 mins way there were not any other customer ....imagine if they had few customers then i be waiting there for all night.

Then they tried giving me twin room when i clearly booked double room.

eventualy was given an other room which had bed a lot smaller than what was given at first place.

they never told us at reception that i had to pay £5 security to get tv remote we only found out after looking every where in the room way we was going through information book which was so annoying.

i was asked to give 50p donation to charity for wifi password when that wifi never worked as signal strength was very very poor.

overall it was worse ever experience of my life.

would never recommend not value for money. thumbs down.

Shower is not good

Shower is not good, either you get very hot water or very cool water from shower and they don't replace towels as part of room service.

Rooms are very congested.
