tv not working - but no great loss with so much bad news. Toilet seat missing - a nuisance.
see above - excellent location!
cheap but not cheerful
I must admit I chose this hotel purely based on price as it was the cheapest in the area.
I don't have time to write a full review but I will simply say this .. it's dirty and about 30 years overdue for a refit. The staff were nice enough though.
An escape from London.
Basic rooms but that suits me which makes it good value for money.
The location is great just opposite the pier and walking distance from hotel.
£89 for that tiny room with view not to the sea but down to the next house kitchen yard and a toilet one can't move to shut the folding door is theft.
Location was perfect for my needs. I will consider booking again should I return to Deal
The room was to die for with the greatest of views.
Beachbrow was the perfect place to stay as it was perfectly placed and had charm, history and one of the best baths we have ever had the pleasure of using. The owners were really attentive and we're more than happy to open their restaurant and bar if wanted. Deal is a beautiful town and the Beachbrow reflected the warmth and friendliness of the area.

Friendly staff excellent bed great breakfast
I can reccomend the Beachbrow to anyone visiting Deal for golf and everything else Deal has to offer.
If however one is visiting Deal to watch telly in the bedroom then find some where else :-)
Cute seaside place
Friendly welcome, cute room though a little small.
Nice place to stay overall.
