Wonderful gem in Kent
A truly beautiful and peaceful location which gave me everything I needed. A superb, comfortable bed and even though I was up early the following day, I was rested before my onward journey. Highly recommended.

Fabulous Bed & Breakfast
This is a fabulous B& B and if we are ever in the area again my wife & I wouldn't hesitate to use it again. The room was full of character, a very comfortable bed, tea making facilities and a tin containing homemade cakes. The hosts were extremely welcoming and the breakfast was so huge & tasty we couldn't eat again till the next day. Don't ever consider going to a Holiday Inn or Travel Lodge if you're in the Ashford area when this beauty is on offer.

Excellent accomodation at a budget price
Struggled to find it, although there was a non-eyecatching sign outside (saw it later) .My eyesight was not suffiicient to pick out the text at 30mph.
The cottage is beautiful and well appointed, gardens nicely laid out and lovely to walk in. The double room I stayed in was up a steep semi-spiral staircase and it was difficult to carry a bag and hang on at the same time!
The room was large and beautifully furnished with everything you could wish for with a nice view of the garden. The bed was definitely the best I have ever slept in with good quality linen and towels etc. The bathroom was across the landing, again well served but abit far in the night to navigate across the narrow landing and wonky ancient floors.
Good directions were given to the local gastropubs (of which there are plenty), and all in all I found the owners most helpful and accommodating.
The location was off the beaten track yet easily accessible to the main motorway network.
Although clearly a family home, it retains all of its olde-worlde charm with sympathetic décor and a warm welcome. I would recommend this guest house to anyone wanting to get away and have a relaxing, quiet stay in a piece of old England. I would not hesitate to return here when in the area, it was great value for money and a surprising level of quality.
I would not recommend it for anyone with limited mobility or needing an en-suite.
