We are ideally located for the cycling enthusiasts, as the coast to coast Bike Chain Route is situated very close by. There are many country walks available to the keen walkers amongs't you. We are very close to some of the most beautiful and historic walks, inland or coastal. The beautiful Cornish bays and coves is only a few miles from the Plume of Feathers. Welcome and both meals, evening and cooked breakfast were of the highest order. Reception for free WiFi was excellant. Unfortunately Plume of Feathers is much nearer the A30 than I realised. I was woken by traffic noise at 6.30 am. Shame. Maybe new PVC windows and adding lined curtains would help sound proof the room for a better nights sleep.

plume of feathers
Good size room but fairly basic, nice bathroom.breakfast ok but nothing special.Unfortunately there were roadworks right outside the front of the pub and these continued into the night making sleep difficult.A goodwill gesture to compensate us for this would have been nice but was not forthcoming
