Quiet, comfortable welcoming
This is a lovely, homestead B&B. I was welcomed with a pot of tea and slice of cake and well looked after for the duration of my visit.

Fantastically welcoming
Was welcomed by David on arrival. Instantly felt right at home and continued to feel this way throughout our stay. Breakfast was fantastic, and again, we felt no request was too much for our hosts. The room was fantastic and an absolute bargain at the price.

Great location, 5 mins from A Road to Morpeth/North
Lovely fresh lemon cake upon arrival. Breakfasts were good quality, with fried breakfast and cereals available. Location is great, about 5 minutes from the main A road which connects Morpeth to Berwick.
Very little road noise, just the occasional rooster

Lovely stay in peaceful setting
Lovely warm welcome from Gillian and David with a pot of tea and lovely cake on arrival. Both the communal areas and our room (number 4) were immaculately clean and very nicely presented. The bed was very comfortable and the shower lovely and hot. Wifi was a little hit and miss. The breakfast was cooked fresh every morning with a nice choice of cereals and fresh fruit. Location was great and it was lovely being surrounded by chickens and ponies and of course the lovely resident Labrador! We would certainly stay again.
