Very poor expirence
The room and indeed the whole property is on a junction and above a low grade smelly pub , one or the other are bound to have an effect on your stay and more importantly own your sleep . Please think twice . I would rather sleep in back of my car in a service station.

Thomas James Hotel
Was given double room, with too single beds, as soon as I complained they changed it
The staff were very friendly, and we definitely stay there again.

What a waste of money!
The room was a complete state. The bathroom door was hanging off its hinges, there were hairs all over the shower and the shower door wouldn't shut properly as it was hanging off one screw! This meant water went all over the floor and out into the bedroom. The shower head was also covered in grime! It also smelt of stale smoke, and you could feel the coils in the bed...

Thomas James Hotel
It was good, not excellent but very good. Most of the reviews are full of shi*. There is nothing wrong with this hotel! I was so scared reading reviews, but now I can say that people just like to write shi* in the internet. Room was clean and tidy, bathroom as well, there was nothing missing. A little bit noisy from street but not very bad. Breakfast was delicious.

One night stay at Thomas James Hotel Leamington Spa
The room was excellent - clean - wifi took a while to access and went to sit out on stairs to get better connection and hadn't been given the correct details for password - so had to return to the bar to get it. The entrance through the bar was a bit off putting.
