100% would recommend it to a friend
Slightly noisy plumbing but apart from that an excellent stay.
Excellent rural location
Stayed here for 2 nights in August whilst on walking break on Long Mynd.
Perfect little village pub with real ales, delicious evening meals and quality English breakfasts. Fantastic scenery on your doorstep a great base in Shropshire. Landlord is very knowledgeable about the area and happy to chat and advise. Many thanks to all at the pub.
A hidden Gem in the Shropshire hills
Sean and Steve at the Crown Inn Wentnor were the perfect hosts.
They went out if their way to ensure that we made the most of our short stay by sharing their local knowledge giving us hints and tips on where to visit. The food was delicious and the portions generous. The wide selection on the.menu makes you want to stay longer just to try them all out. The accommodation waa spotless and very comfortable. As a late booking, we were extremely happy with our choice and will certainly stay here again. Thank you for making a short break into a memorable trip.
Hidden rustic perfection

Would recommend the B/B to anyone absolutely lovely
Very nice public house, with good food and beer.
Room was very comfortable although being located above the bar, somewhat noisy at night. Staff were very attentive and the beautiful location makes it lovely weekend retreat.
Great little inn.
Excellent 2 day stay.
Food and beer excellent and reasonably priced. Staff friendly and welcoming. Couldn't ask for more.
Lovely gem in the heart of the shropshire hills
Our 1 night stay was amazing, we drove in the dark to the Crown.
The views in the morning were incredible and right there in the middle of the hills. The food was lovely, service impeccable, beers hearty. I would recommend this stay to anyone who wants a quiet country pub stay (with the opportunity to drink the night away with the locals) if that's what floats your boat.
