Cosy
Good value for money, very close to Inverness in the car, also close to the airport. Room was large, very clean and comfy. Shared facilities were clean and adequate. Considering the price of everything else in Inverness this is a perfect b&b for those on a budget with a car. The views are fantastic and there are ducks!! Will return.

Great Find
The Guest House is a little dated inside, and so the marks you can award are tempered by this, but Sally was very friendly and welcoming. The house is only 10 mins from the centre of Inverness, so easy to commute and find.
Decent option for those looking for a one or maybe two night stop over.

Although the sheets and towels were very clean, although the house looked beautiful from the outside, the inside was a complete let down. Very old fashioned in not a good way. Smelt funny, I think those plug in air fresheners, had to share a bathroom??? I thought that was a thing of a the past for £60 per night. POOR value for money, £60 for that was far too much money. Didn't rate it well at all. Owner was friendly enough, but to be truthful only spoke to her for a couple of minutes, we didn't require breakfast as we had an early flight the next day.
