Fantastic hotel with top clas facilities
I stayed here for one night and I was expecting the hotel to be good and I was not disappointed. The room was big and clean with the bathroom being upto the same standard. I am already looking forward to returning here one day soon!

Good value
Stayed as a single female and felt quite comfortable in this hotel. I had a nice, friendly welcome from Lisa when I checked in and found the room well appointed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good, self service, nice and hot with a good choice. Thought this hotel was good value and well placed for Broad Street and Brindley Place. Would definitely stay again.

A good quality one night stay hotel .
On arrival could not park in hotel underground car park, however euro car park short distance to walk and very reasonable charge.
Service good .
Room good and comfortable although bed was not neat, no pillow protectors.
Shower the conditioner dispenser was Brocken.
However a comfortable nights stay and value for money.

An overly warm welcome
Aircon designed to cut out after about 20 minutes - not long enough to get the room properly cool.

Watch out who serves you at the bar!!
We stayed here the first week of September. Room is nice but bar staff Blossom didn't have a clue and a bit rude. I told her what I want but she stopped me as couldn't take it all in, so told her one drink at a time what I wanted. Strange thing was it's only 2 drinks! Also I'm sure 2 double vodkas and a bottle of J20 doesn't come to £16.
