Second time around
When looking for somewhere to stay in Birmingham we had not hesitation in choosing to come back to the Hampton by Hilton on Broad street. The rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable with a lovely breakfast option. Staff have always been happy to help. I think the only thing that would make this a better stay is to drop the parking charges! You have to pay £10 to park even though you are staying at the hotel. Saying this i have already recommended the hotel to friends and family as it is great.

Very good overnight stay
Couldn't fault our one night stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and bathroom. Room was a little small but we had a sofa bed as well which probably made it feel that way. Hot and cold buffet breakfast was excellent. For what we paid it was a real bargain, best hotel we have stayed in so far in Birmingham.

High quality and excellent value hotel
Given the price I did not expect thie quality of this hotel to be as good as it was. The customer service was excellent and the room was of very high quality. Spacious bathroom and very quiet. I cannot find any fault with the whole experience.
