Good service

Good service and nice small room

Personally I found the bed too hard, only one pillow each and narrow for a double.

Coupled with the lack of any blind or curtain in the room meant a very poor night for me. No way to sit straight on the loo in compact ensuite, big people beware.

Not value for money

The room is reasonably clean and has air conditioning.

but is otherwise very basic. No table or chair except bedside tables. you have to sit on the bed in front of a very tiny folding top which will drop down when pushed the board for your computer browsing. No tea/coffee making facilities. You will have to pay for breakfast and any food or drink as the charges are only for rooms. The bedroom is small and only has shower with no bath tub. Front space from the toilet seat is small and will not fit a bigger person with sufficient leg room. Check-in and check out time is restricted with extra charges for extension of such timing e.g. extra charges for late check-in or late check-out. However, check-in and check-out is easy and service is friendly.

Great location - small room

Good to go around and come back tired ready for sleep.

This is due to a small uncomfortable room. However not too bad with polite reception service and perfect location close to centre/tube/trains.

Amazing hotel

We stayed for 2 nights and were very impressed.

Simple, clean and the room was a lot bigger than I imagined.

The room was modern clean and functional.

My only problem was that there was nowhere to sit and do some reading or studying (I was on a training course) so a small desk and chair would have been nice.

Comfortable and well located

The room was clean, well maintained and the bed comfortable.

The air conditioning was easily controlled and accurate.

A quick and easy hotel for a short stay in central London.

All the basics covered and a very presentable hotel overall. Only really downer was a room for two not really having space or provisions for two people.

Basic and loud

The hotel was clean and the staff (particularly at checkout) were very friendly.

But room was tiny!!!. And extremely basic.

Could hear conversations from the room next door so don't expect much sleep if you stay here.
