Excellent city location
This is an excellent place to stay for a city break. It's relatively close to everywhere one wants to be, but in a quiet location. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel!
This hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed at. Really friendly staff and superb room, just a short walk down to the Grand canal.
Stay here and you will love it!

Excellent hotel nicely hidden away from the normal tourist traps!
Excellent staff who willingly provided coffee and tea after a tiring day sightseeing even including a free croissant on the house! Good location slightly off the beaten track. Local restaurants that were not your normal fixed price tourist menus. We enjoyed the colourful decor and were grateful for towels that were a size that were actually practical.I had been to Venice 2 before and look forward to coming back to this hotel.

venice
we stayed for 2 nights and couldnt fault it,we arrived in Venice without a map and luckily stumbled across the hotel by chance more that anything,it doesnt look much from the outside but once your inside the hotel the rooms and surrounding areas are really modern and clean.
we stayed on the 2nd floor and as the hotel is in a quiet residential area it was really quiet, even when i had to open the windows in the middle of the night due to the room being warm,The hotel is situated a 10 minute walk from the bus station but is close to all the sights and there is a great little jazz bar just around the corner where all the locals seem to go.great at the hotel also,we will return.
