4Self Classified Bed and Breakfast Ratings explained
Sladesdown Farm, Landscove, , Ashburton, TQ13 7ND
Escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life to our small working farm in the beautiful Devon countryside. The property has a traditional romantic feel to it, and is in one of the UK's quietest, most peaceful locations. Wake up in the morning to see far reaching rolling hills, birds singing, and the general blissful surroundings. We are on the edge of Dartmoor, so ramblers, cyclists and horse riders will find we a perfectly located. There are National Trust gardens and beaches to be explored within a short journey, so there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. Sladesdown Farmhouse is a modern house with real character offering spacious accommodation for a relaxing break, you will be well catered for, and feel like this is a second home. All our rooms feature either en-suite or private bathrooms and of course you will have your own Tea & Coffee making facilities in the room. This is a working farm with Pedigree Red Devon cattle, Pedigree Boer Goats, turkeys and chicken.

Hidden Gem
Just a short distance off the A38, this B & B nestles in secluded countryside. Our hosts, John & Sue have created a wonderful homely atmosphere, making us very welcome and comfortable. The rooms are to a very high standard (but a tiny television!) and.the breakfast up there with the best and accompanied by gentle background music. To be recommended.

Sladesdown Farm.
Excellent well run family business that was very welcoming and the remoteness of the farm was a joy.
