Friends birthday so overnight stay
We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions before. It is a good alternative to staying B & B in central and noisy Weymouth, plus it has great and safe parking for the precious car.
Somebody needs to inspire the breakfast staff to actually wake up and the management need to realise that buffet cooked breakfasts do not work. The only way to present a cooked breakfast is freshly cooked! Heated cabinets make the metal tools impossible to handle and congeal everything. Great views, location and communications back into Weymouth - sad breakfast experience.

Weekend break
The Heights hotel is a 3 star hotel with the look, decor, facilities and staff of a 4 to 5 star hotel. We found our stay excellent, and the staff were very good at their jobs and very friendly. The room was a lovely big size with en suite facilities second to none. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff very friendly and helpful, but sadly the room had been smoked in and smelt strongly of stale tobacco.
