Located on Glenthorne Road, just a short walk from the buzz of King Street, SACO Hammersmith serviced apartments are suited to both leisure and corporate guests. Offering a selection of one and two bedroom apartments all complete with full kitchen including dishwasher & washer dryer, as well as contemporary furnishings throughout.

The Olympia Event Centre is located just one mile away and London's West End just 15 minutes away by Underground service. Close by is Shepherd's Bush which is home to a range of small independent shops, as well as the famed Westfield Shopping Mall.

A refundable deposit may be required in addition to accommodation charges. You will be contacted by SACO – The Serviced Apartment Company who will confirm your arrival details and who may require a security deposit prior to your arrival. This will vary depending on the size of apartment you have booked. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure, subject to there being no damage to the apartment or disruption to other Guests. Guests must be over 25 and identification will be requested on arrival. The credit card that is used to pay for the accommodation must also be shown on arrival.

We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non refundable. A security deposit of £350 per apartment will be required for each apartment booked and we are unable to guarantee that all apartments will be in the same building.

Good Apt. - but not so great service
I prepaid for our entire trip. When we got to the apt. - we realized we had no way of entering the complex and had been given no instructions on how to retrieve the keys. Arriving from a foreign country - I didn't even have my phone setup for local calls. It was a complete disaster.
For the most part - it was Lateroom's fault. But SACO didn't help. There's NO contact number for SACO in the reception area. (There is a contact number for another agency that also lets our apartments in this building!). I had to call Laterooms to get in touch with SACO. God help if I had arrived later than SACOs service hours (until 11PM). When I got in touch with SACO - they couldn't locate my reservation. When they did - they couldn't give me instructions on how to open the keybox!
It took hours and multiple calls to sort all this out. It's amazing these guys do this professionally. Nevertheless - the apartment was nice. Spacious clean and well furnished with essentials. A local guide would have helped - but can't pick too many faults with the place itself. Almost all basics (washing/dishwashing powders, salt etc) were thoughtfully provided. I think the once a week maid service is too infrequent - but i guess that's the price of a good deal.
Tube stations are a little bit of walk. That's one minor disadvantage if you need a lot of trips to the station. Door locks etc. are complicated. But the place was very quiet. Our shower broke down in the middle of the stay - and SACO was prompt in trying to fix the problem and in giving us keys to a spare apartment when they couldn't fix it promptly. Good marks on being prompt with that.
