Nice family accommodation

It is like being guests in a family, more than like being in a hotel.

The house is not near the center, but the zone is well served by city buses. Breakfast is not included but can be purchased, credit cards are not accepted. Overall, it is a nice accommodation for a family week end.

Very basic accomodation

after giving my expected arrival time I was surprised to find a note on the front door directing me to a neighbours' to get the key.

Neighbour politely asked if I'd realised it was room only when I booked adding it wasn't very clear on the late rooms website ( I hadn't realised this) Checking out was simple enough as there was no-one there.. just closed the door behind me

June's Bed only room

When we got there June said about the effort to get our room ready.

No Breakfast was a shock and should be clearer. No room at all for family. Not 4 star hotel but 2 star. Quality poor.

Great place to stay

hospitable, very friendly.

Cambridge being a tourist centre has a great deal of choice of places to stay, but you cant do much better than here. For the money very very good value.

Clean, Friendly and Accommodating

Great if you are looking for a clean, quiet and friendly place to stay with parking, Junes Bed and Breakfast is more "staying with friends" than "staying in a B&B".

Rather small for double room - no room to swing a cat! Everything flimsy.

The first impression was that everything was very clean, but the bed took up most of the room so could hardly get to the wardrobe.

However the bed was comfortable. The bedroom door offered no privacy as glazed with only a net curtain. Ensuite tiny with basin barely large enough to wash face. Breakfast not really 'continental'- no fruit or muesli and only soggy toast afterwards - no croissants or tasty breads that all supermarkets now stock. We didn't feel that this was good value for money.

Definitely recommend

Will surely recommend June's B&B.

Well maintained room, friendly couple, great wifi. Nice value for money.
