wonderful stay in London.
Very polite helpful staff, courteous, from the minute we walked in.We were able to leave our bags in the hotel securely all day.
When we returned that evening there was a security alert and our transport was severely delayed. We stayed in the hotel, offered drinks and given updates on the situation. Good choice of cold breakfast. Very quiet good location close to Victoria coach and train station.
Great find - briliant location and perfect for business travel
I was pleasantly surprised to find an affordable AND nice hotel in Belgravia.
Staff were lovely and the room, though small, was perfectly appointed - good internet (using cable). I would definitely stay here again.
Stayed for 4 nights
Great value for money parked in Victoria station carpark all week which is a 10 min walk away hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly.
My only complaint is the WiFi didn't work all week and staff said it never does. Having said this I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
Our London Trip
It was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel as from the moment we arrived they could not of been more helpful especially as my husband is disabled & I had also had an operation on my knee, they were very kind & nothing was too much trouble.
As requested we were given a downstairs disabled assessable room which was very nice but we did feel that it wasn`t worth the £95 a night but we would use the hotel again & recommend it to other people due to the excellent service.
The only improvement I would recommend would be to the wet room as when the floor is wet in the shower area the floor becomes extremely slippery which could be an accident waiting to happen for the disabled person, you should consider installing a non slip floor.
Thank you for a lovely stay
Park Avenue Belgravia
Nice hotel, clean with friendly staff, AC wasn't very cold but better than none, great shower...
Friendly in a great location.
Excellent 2 night stay for business.
Friendly staff. 7 minute walk to Victoria station. Sound proofing could be a bit better but can't complain at the price
Excellent Value for money, would recommend to others.
The service was good, rooms were clean and tidy.
I stayed in a room on the top floor. The hotel was surprisingly quiet and you felt like you were at home. The room was comfortable, it had a double bed, tea and coffee facilities were provided. Only a couple of niggles really, the fan in the bathroom didn't work and the do not disturb button by the door didn't work. Otherwise everything was great. There is a safe in the room, big enough for a laptop and there is a socket in the safe just incase you need to leave something on charge whilst you go out. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. It was pretty relaxed and the decor of the hotel was to a nice standard. Breakfast was provided in the morning (I wasn't expecting breakfast to be included). Overall I would definitely recommend. Good location as well, just 5-10 mins walk from Victoria underground station.
Park Avenue Belgravia
A one night stay in the double room, top floor.
A very comfortable night's stay, in a room with a high level of decorative finish and with all the complimentary drinks, lotions and potions. For those who struggle with stairs...there were 52 steps to the room itself, and I don't think there was a lift. Staff were very helpful...and thanks go to the member of staff who carried our bags to the room. A continental breakfast included in the price. I would definitely stay again for one or two night break. Thank you.
Clean, good hotel & service
Clean, good service & in good location and good price for a one night business trip to London.
Great location, good hotel
Ideal central London location - not much more than 5 mins walk to Victoria or Sloane Square.
Ebury St is relatively quiet and I had no problems with noise, something I'm always nervous about with Georgian conversions. The room was a bit more basic than I had expected, but very comfortable and the bathroom was a good standard. Breakfast - the best description would be 'functional'. Awful really. I'd stay again, but eat breakfast in one of the really excellent coffee bars nearby.
