An elegant 19th century building, dating back to 1834, The Villa offers a selection of 35 self-contained, self catering apartments each with it’s own kitchen & bathroom individual double twin and single bedrooms are also available we are open all year round for all types of accommodation requirements from 1 night to 6 month contracts.

Choose from a range of apartments to suit from 2 - 8 guests, including several of which also offer superb sea views. There are also a small number of en suite bedrooms available, ideal for those who don't need full facilities of an apartment or for adding extra guests to your party without the expense of an additional apartment.The apartments and hotel bedrooms offer good and competitively priced accommodation for your business or leisure needs when staying in Scarborough.

We also offer 2 'Pet Friendly' apartments for guests who want to bring along their furry friends. The Villa provides the perfect base to explore Scarborough's many attractions and shops and the Yorkshire Coast and only minutes from the town centre the property is just 2 minutes walk from the cliff lift, which provides direct access to Scarborough Spa and South Bay beach. There is a huge choice of restaurants close by to suit all budgets catering for families couples and groups we can help you make
reservations if you need assistance.
All bed linen and blankets are provided please note guests making reservations for apartments require their own towels for bedroom only reservations towels are included.
Please note personal towels are required for all apartments or they can be provided at a charge of £2 .50 per person for your arrival day further towels can be available at the same charge per day.
Electric meter cards are available from reception for apartment guests either £5 or £10 denominations please request one of these on arrival to be settled by cash payment at reception no meter card is required for hotel bedroom guests.
Grocery pack are available for 2,4 or 6 people please request details we will be happy for this to be placed in your kitchen prior to arrival £15, £20 or £25 each.
Wines Beers and Lagers and Mineral Water are all available if you would like them to be already chilling in your fridge for arrival contact reception to make arrangements. Wines are priced from only £4.99 to £6.99 for red white or rose' and lagers and beers from £4.00 per pack of 4 .Mineral water still and sparkling is £1.00 per family bottle.
A vending machine is available 24 hrs per day selling chilled soft drinks and sweets situated on the ground floor close to reception.
Dogs are most welcome in our pet friendly apartments and bedrooms at a charge of £10 per night per dog please let us know your pet details prior to arrival stays of more than three nights may deduct 40% from the charge.
Extra beds are available including linen for £20 per bed/settee for where parties require additional sleeping in the apartment.
Cots are not provided please bring your personal items required for your children
Guests please note check out time is no later than 9.30 am check in is from 3.00 pm.
Late checkout and early check in at noon is available at an extra charge of £12.00 or individually £8.00 for rooms and apartments Extra late checkout at 4.00 pm on departure day is available on request for £17.50 please advise us of this requirement in advance of your stay to assist our housekeeper.
On the ground floor we have a Mexican Restaurant which has a first class local reputation you must try it while you are staying with us you receive a 20% discount off all food choices the promotion is subject to change by the restaurant operator.
You can save 25% during early bird dining all orders have to be made with the server by 5.45 pm.
Reserved Car Parking is available @ £8.50 per day please reserve your space when you have confirmed your date of arrival all through reception or email us with your requirements.You can extend the use of the space to 4.00 pm on your departure day for only £4.50 so you
can explore Scarborough longer without worrying about moving your car.
Many guests have celebrations while staying with us we can organise Flowers Cards Balloons Champagne and Chocolates in the rooms/apartments or ready for your collection on arrival we charge a £6 fee for making arrangements for you.

For movie fans you may hire DVD players from reception £5.00 per day or DVD Blue Ray for £7.50 per day.
Free Wifi is available in the reception area of the building on the ground floor.
Reception opens at 9.00 am through to 4.30 pm each day any guest arriving after the daily times please contact us arrangements will be made for your keys to be available for you to check in outside office hours.
Winter hours from 1st October to Easter each year are 9.30 am to 4.00 pm.
Guests arriving outside winter or summer reception hours please contact reception direct prior to noon on the day of arrival to advise management of your expected arrival time.
