Very nice clean and modern hotel.Perfect location for getting to central city by foot.
Breakfast was nice. All sorts of variety. We had dinner in the hotel. Food was good but the service was very slow. I recommend this hotel for pleasure or business.

The hotel is in a great location and staff were friendly and helpful. The food was a bit poor, both from the bar and in the dining room, but wouldn't stop me from visiting this hotel again.

Good location in Gateshead
Tucked away behind the Baltic, this is a good hotel if you get a budget deal but the quality is not adequate for the full price quoted. At £59 a night I've no complaints - the room was very large, quiet and clean and in a great location by the river. Don't bother with the £10 extra for breakfast unless you have time constraints - the breakfast at the Baltic is cheaper and better and just 5 minutes walk away.
