Could be 5-star hotel with great service and staff
The hotel is beautifully designed. Most staff was really friendly and helpful. Our room was nice as well. Toothbrush, shaver, towel, lotion, shampoo and so on are of well-known brands. Everything is of high quality. Alex from the Reception Counter was the most helpful staff I have seen. He gave advice on where we could try and he helped us book the train tickets as well. He could speak good English.

great hotel, wonderful service, highly recommended
good 3 star hotel in every aspect. good location, located in middle of Hanoi and attractive areas (lots of bar, restaurants, 10-15 mins walk to central lake, very convenient. new and nice room with very good air-cons. bathroom is also really nice. staffs are friendly and service is second to none. i really enjoyed my stay at Asia Pearl hotel and really like to recommend this hotel to everyone

This was such a lovely stay
This hotel is really good for all accommodation. Upon our arrival, the service was really excellent, we could ask at the front desk whatever we need and they will make their best to help you. The deluxe room is really great with always fruits offered inside the room every morning. The hotel was very close to the night market which makes it indeed a very good option when you want to go for shopping during the evening. The breakfast was excellent. I really recommend this hotel.

perfect location and prefect in service
check-in, room, service, housekeeping, and communication in english were all outstanding. breakfast and dinner buffets provided an excellent selection. the location was convenient to shopping, sightseeing, and a variety of additional restaurant choices. the room itself was incredibly fresh and well-lit. when returning next year, i look forward to staying with them again.

One word... Excellent !
we really had a great time. the room was equipped with new amenlities. the room was huge and very well organized, clean and overall beautiful!. the staff were great, smiley and friendly. the hotel was next to the BTS - which was wonderful, and about 10 minutes walk from the central Lake and Night market. great stay, definitely recommend this hotel to everyone !

Great nice hotel
I and my family were staying at Asia Pearl hotel during our holiday. The staff here were delightful, helpful, and assisted in booking trips for us during the day to various sights in North of Vietnam. The location is great, just near all interesting sights of Hanoi, just about 10 mins walk to the Hoan Kiem lake. The deluxe rooms were great, very smart and traditional. We were very impressed by the staff, who always had a smile and were always making sure we were comfortable. The price we paid was good for a last minute booking and I have no hesitation to recommend this place. I am going back and will absolutely stay here again.
