Lovely little gem!
My husband and I had a fantastic second stay at The Greyhound where we had a four poster room on the ground floor (number 27), which was beautiful. The staff were all really friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the décor in the room was wonderful and all the amenities were there! The little outside area is so pretty that it's worth visiting simply for that alone! My only one little criticism was that the mattress was quite hard and it could do with something soft on top of it to make it more comfortable. I Highly recommend staying at this picturesque little hotel.

Exceptional Service
Although we were only here for one night, we found our stay at the Greyhound Coaching Inn very enjoyable. The hosts were very warm and welcoming, the room very clean, and the food was exceptional. We travelled with a dog and the hosts also made him very welcome. The only downside was that on the booking form we requested a ground floor room and was given a second floor room which was a little tricky with the dog. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning and would recommend this Inn to other travellers.

Excellent hotel, highly recommended
High quality room, very nicely decorated and maintained. Helpful friendly welcome at reception and excellent breakfast service. Also, breakfast was included in the price which I thought was excellent value for a hotel in the area.

Quiet times
The greyhound was an ideal respite. Quaint and picturesque. Our stay there was lovely. Had a beautiful 4poster bed room, which was a real throw back, old England at its finest.
