The room was a good size although the bathroom was a little small. The location of mirros/plugs made getting ready a little challenging especially as the bathroom was so small. The room itself was finished off very well and the attention to detail was good. Coffee was a very good idea although there was no milk in the room and there was only enough coffee for two cups.

Saturday night in Newcastle
Did not stand up to description and reviews read. Very disappointing . Arrived with another couple who had booked and were told they did not have a room available. The room was VERY small, only just enough space to get around bed,no chair or surfaces. Kettle balanced on radiator shelf. Shabby but modern decor.Cafe empty on Saturday night so decided to eat out. Staff very pleasant and helpful but one person doing everything. Very convenient location, minutes from shops, restaurants and buses. Breakfast fine. Adequate for the one night stay but would not return. Overall very disappointing..

Welcoming staff who quickly providing a parking permit for the on street parking and easy check in. The room was tastefully decorated and very clean.
Breakfast was cooked fresh and was very good quality. A welome change from the faceless chain hotels
