Another Super Stay
The Holiday Inn Express is a must for someone staying in this area.
The hotel always has a very friendly atmosphere and the rooms are immaculate. The buffet breakfast gives an extensive choice of juices, cereals, fruit, jams, cheese, croissants, bread, toast, bacon, sausage, beans, mushrooms, poached/ scrambled eggs, potato bread, tea assorted teas and coffees. This breakfast which is always fresh and delicious is included in the price of the room AND is amazing value.
Bright, friendly and convenient hotel.
I had an excellent two night stay.
The reception staff are very friendly and professional, e.g. helping to print my boarding pass. The room was bright and clean, with a powerful and large shower. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Don't miss a walk in the nearby Antrim Castle Gardens if you get a chance!
nice hotel nice price.
After a long journey we were met at reception by two very welcoming young ladies who greeted us as family members, nothing was to much trouble for them.
special thanks to Krissie who organized a taxi to get us to our party on time. Holiday inn should be very proud of all the staff at this hotel.
we never went
We enjoyed our one night stay.
Suitable for our early start as we had to be at Belfast International airport by 04.45hours.
Thank you for the assistance rendered by the reception staff at that unearthly hour of the morning.
For a large Hotel this one is very good, Breakfast is the buffet type and the food was good when you consider the numbers involved.
The TV in the room is steam driven with limited channels which take ages to go through the options for paid TV to get to the news. The staff are very helpful and cheerful.
4 nights in Antrim
We stayed for 4 nights whilst having a break to see the sights of beautiful Northern Ireland, as well as visiting family.
Arriving quite late we were warmly welcomed with a fast check-in. Our room was pleasant and clean, though was quite cramped. Our two children aged 12 and 8 had to share a sofa bed, which was quite an ordeal as our son, almost a teenager did not want to share with his younger sister. Ideally, we needed to single beds/sofas for the children as this is not really suitable for siblings of this age and different gender. However, we did manage. The breakfast was lovely. Buffet style so you helped yourself. In particular, we thought the sausages were gorgeous. Staff were friendly and the blonde girl on reception was very helpful and kind. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and the location was perfect for us. Also handy having an Asda and a Brewer's Fayre right opposite.
Family friendly stop off
Really good food at the on- site restaurant.
Good size room for 2 adults and 2 small children.
