cosy farmhouse on the edge of the, lake district

Beautiful room with separate bathroom.

Bathroom was huge and very luxurious. Gorgeous location, watched the hens from the window while eating breakfast.

Visiting the area

excellent location for us to visit our daughter , and then on to the lakes (Keswick).

Really quite and relaxing in the country-side.

Great location and great accomodation

This is the second time I have stayed at Wallace Lane Farm, and I must say that yet again I was not disappointed, the room was immaculate, hosts very helpful and friendly and breakfast excellent.

I will be staying with my family for a break at some point rather than just being there for business, apart from the quality of the accommodation we can then enjoy the area with all its attractions

A perfect place to get away from it all

I had a little difficulty finding Wallace Farm, but when I did, I felt immediately welcome and at ease.

The farm is in a lovely setting and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The place is beautifully presented, with the traveller's comfort and needs in mind. I opted for porridge plus the full breakfast and it was delicious. The only thing I would suggest would be some signposts on the various little roads around about to give directions for travelers like myself who lose their way easily.
