budget hotel
Very modern contemporary design. Good use of space, no tea or coffee though provided which is a disappointment

4 rooms for £120
Four double rooms for £30 each. Best price on offer to us, making a short family break affordable, so no complaints for that.
It was certainly "budget" quality, but if you are OK with that then it was value for money.

Great value. Just the job for a short stay.
West Yorkshire Playhouse within 5 min walk. Handy for city centre.
Quiet, clean and functional.

Ibis Leeds
former Etap hotel, same style but much more expensive, no problems with the room but £69.00 for a Tuesday night is excessive, didn't expect luxury but did expect value for money, you wont get this here during the week.

Ibis - Leeds
The hotel had obviously over booked and I had to negotiate down to 2 rooms or be moved to Bradford !
The hotel is very basic yet still not that cheap.
Reception staff were fine, hotel is not particularly near anything

Key problem
They said that we hadn't paid for the room one second and then changed their minds and I found it very in convent

Visit tour de France weekend
There was a price increase because all the hotels in Leeds were in great demand so it was no longer a "budget" hotel. The lack of dedicated car parking space was a problem, but access to park during registration was appreciated. Finding the way to the hotel by sat nav was very difficult because of the complexity of the one-way system in the area. A simple instruction to pass in front of the hotel (Eastbound) before turning right would have made it much easier to get to.
