Just what we needed
Lovely building, comfortable clean rooms Sue can't half knock up a breakfast that will set you up for the day. Located close enough to lake but far enough to be quiet at night.

Comfortable & clean. Most furniture was quite old & the TV was only a small screen but suitable for a bedroom and then again we didn't go to the Lakes to watch loads of TV. Everything worked well (TV, kettle, hair-dryer etc). Shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Sue was very pleasant & friendly. Overall no complaints.

Lovely Place!
A lovely B&B. Very cosy, warm and clean. Sue was very friendly and provided an excellent cooked English breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. Great location in Bowness and was walking distance for bars, shops and the lake.

Our stay
Lovely big room with the b&b situated in a perfect location. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast isn't served too early compared to others we have stayed in. Would most certainly consider staying there again. Price was a little on the high side however for two nights.
