The hotel offers its guests a rooftop swimming pool, kids club, spa, gym, beauty salon, nightclub, 13 meeting and event venues and complimentary access and transfers to Oceana Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah.

Conveniently located in new Dubai, we are adjacent to the world’s largest themed mall: The Ibn Battuta Mall. We are walking distance from the Ibn Battuta Mall Metro Station on the red line. I made a mistake with my booking and though they couldn't help with a room for an additional night, due to being full with a waiting list, they upgraded my accommodation for my first two days and when I came back at the the end of the week. They didn't need to do this but the gesture was greatly appreciated. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular the duty manager. I didn't eat at the hotel due to other engagements so cannot comment here but there seemed to be a very good choice.

Great hotel
We upgraded ourselves to the executive package which included breakfast, afternoon tea and canapés and drinks which I think the s a very good deal- 250 dhms additional per night as alcohol costs a lot out in UAE.
The only downfall is pool you only get sun on one side in the morning and then the sun moves after lunch but people go up before breakfast and secure sun beds and then don't show till late morning.
Loved the hotel and would consider staying there again but it is a little far out despite the metro next door.
