Lovely Relaxed Weekend

First things first, the hotel is decorated to a very high standard, but also is very homeley and welcoming.

Upon arrival, we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was fantastic, very clean and tidy. The views from the room were breathtaking, you could look over the estuary to Badmouth and the mountains beyond. The pictures on the website just do not do it justice. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks for a lovely weekend.

Wonderful view from wonderful room

We would heartily recommend the Brackenhurst Hotel to anybody.

We were looking for a relaxing few days away on our own and found it. Sue and Geoff are just great, very warm and friendly, eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

What a beautiful place.

room was lovely with stunning views. Very friendly owner who makes you feel at home. Jacuzzi is £15 extra but worth every penny. Breakfast fab..bring your own champagne/alcohol....in a word perfect :)

Perfect for a relaxing stay

This is a lovely guesthouse, that is extremely well presented and has everything that you need for a relaxing stay.

The views from the room and the lounge area are fantastic and this is enhanced further by binoculars and telescope which make viewing across the estuary possible. All in all a very enjoyable stay. The only downside to this guesthouse is the location, there isn't any choice for food and drinks; there is an Indian restaurant which is very nice but if you are stating for a second night you would have to drive to another restaurant, unless you fancied the chipshop. Overall a great guesthouse though.

Absolutely breathtaking

What a beautiful bed and breakfast!!.

The room was spacious, sparkly clean and beautiful with views to die for!. We arrived late and were welcomed so warmly!. We were recommended a lovely place to eat, slept so soundly and had a wonderful breakfast the next morning in the stunning upstairs breakfast room!. Beautifully quaint, well worth a visit!. Careful if you have a large car the road up to the bed and breakfast was certainly an experience but well, well worth it!!

Great room with a even better view

Lovely room but the view couldn't have been any better, great service and I would return again in the future.
