excellent. Friendly, helpful people. very central location, although quiet at the weekend. Everything you need in a neat and compact apartment.
High quality digs centrally located
The studio was spotless and access was well explained and trouble free.
Much thought and care has been taken to ensure that every need is provided for. The bathroom is well appointed. Bed is comfortable. High floor (apt 12 is relatively quiet.
Great room for a getaway but I wouldn't use for business again
I booked this accommodation on the basis that no other hotels were available in London, It looked pretty good condition from the website and seemed good value.
I haven't stayed at a serviced apartment before so naturally I was a bit unsure but...... well.....I had no other choice
Unfortunately, my meeting cancelled the day before my stay so I enquired about cancelling and this is where business travellers will need to BEWARE, because you cannot cancel unless you give 1 weeks’ notice, otherwise there is absolutely no refund. I ended up still going rather than losing the money, but the meetings I could book at short notice weren't really worth a separate trip. :-(
I travel into London weekly for business meetings and stay over on most occasions. I get the odd cancelled meeting (As we all do from time to time) and with a Hotel you can usually cancel up to 2pm on the day you are staying. If I was travelling into London for a weekend getaway with my wife, or had a week or so to spend in London then this place would be fantastic, it's clean and spacious and real 'home from home'. I was impressed!. I would have liked to have stayed here more regularly but the cancellation policy would definitely stop me from ever using it for business again. (I should have read the small print before booking)
