Fab restaurant...poor accommodation!
The communal areas here are beautiful with fantastic eye catching fireplaces and grand staircase! The bars and restaurant were great. Food was Devine. However, in the seating areas there lacked the finishing touches which would have given it an opulent feel! Something as simple as a couple of plump cushions would have made all the difference. The bedroom was a total let down with nothing luxurious about it.. Considering it was a romantic break we were on, left feeling deflated!

The room was very dusty and dated. The shower and sink seemed blocked water drainage very slow.
Very hot inside room and uncomfortable as no aircon. The maids did not vacuum room everyday during my stay. They did not replenish with new bathroom toiletries everyday. Carpets very dusty and stain marks everywhere.

Indifferent
Stay was ok. Very hot weekend and no air conditioning. Unable to have window open as wedding parties on and lots of noise. Room pretty basic. Booked as thought I would make use of pool and spa but unable to use as pool very small and already had 2 others in there who made it clear that there was no room for a third. Had to phone outside numbers to book spa appointments so didn't bother.

New Job - Training/Business Trip
Room size adequate for price range. Room too hot and humid due to NO AIRCONDITION. Difficult to sleep at night. It is inconvenient during summer months.
No complimentary drinking water bottles in room.
Carpets too old and dusty.
Shower fixed to wall, I prefer hand held shower.
Bathtub and sink water drainage too slow appear to be blocked?
We didnt use Spa/Pool/Gym due to Ramadan so I cant comment.
Reception staff very helpful and courteous.
Room check out times 11am too early could be more useful if check out time was about 2pm.
Hotel nearby to local Town Centre amenities.
I will probably stay again because its one of the hotel approved by my employers budget and guidelines.

Enjoyable short stay
Nice out of town Hotel Spa with a good location close to a golf course with plenty of parking available. Some rooms are out of the main building, as is the spa, swimming facilities. Nice surroundings of woodland and what looks like an unused golf course adjacent to the hotel grounds. Good restaurant and bar with some additional lounges and sitting areas.
