we had an amazing time visiting family

Your hotel was amazing very modern, staff were very helpful, I was a little dissapointed at the food choice and room storage for clothes, but I had a lovely time thank you we would stay again.

Different hotel experience

Great location.

Free Wifi & movies is a great touch. Easy check-in & out process. Loved the look of the room & the tablet to control everything. Breakfast was good, loved the fact that it's proper coffee.

Fantastic hotel

Not our first time staying at the citizen m, we just keep going back.

Rooms are great with everything you need all fitted into a clean modern room. Bathroom, lighting and all the mod cons are great. Love it.

Over night stop

When we arrived the staff member talked us threw the check- in process.

We were delighted with our compact room and though the tablet controller was cool. The mood lighting amused us. The cocktails were good and the grovy seating was so different. We had breakfast, there was a good choice of food on offer. We enjoyed our stay

citizen m was amazing

Enjoyed our stay at citizen m.

Heard good things about the hotel from family members and decided to treat my partner to a night away. we both thoroughly enjoyed it.

Average service rooms very nice

We arrived to check in and was told machines were down and to wait 5/10minutes.

So we sat in the lounge. 20 minutes later we noticed guests arriving and being seen straight away so went and asked if we could check in and was told they forgot about is and apologised. We were then taken up to our room as the key cards were not working so we we're let in and told to come back later and ask if up and running. 10/15 minutes in hour room all the lights/TV etc went off so phoned to get that fixed. Then we went out for several hours and came back to no TV working. Again got that fixed. Overall it is a lovely place as been before, guess we were just unluck this time round. Although I think the staff could be a bit more customer focused as seemed to be no interest from some yet offered taxi etc when leaving by others.

Great location, good service, needs coffee in rooms

A lovely quirky hotel.

Staff were very helpful. The (Samsung) pad to control the room was a nice touch. It would be nice to have coffee facilities in the rooms, as nice as it was to have 24hr barrista service in the foyer.
