Good location great staff
Very nice room, comfortable bed. Swimming pool very pleasant. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Main down side was that we travelled on a Sunday and purchased the dinner, bed and breakfast deal and I hoped to get a carvery meal. However, the carvery was only at lunch time and there was very little choice on the menu. The menu for the restaurant and bar were exactly the same which was disappointing.

Fantastic Staff
Staff at the hotel were so friendly and polite.
Room was small but adequate for what my mum and myself wanted.
Nice to have a gym and swimming pool facilities.
Breakfast was also lovely.
Highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be staying again in the near future.

Lovely place and people but room a little tired
The pictures are a very good representation of the hotel which is often not the case.
Clearly the cleaning team work hard as spotlessly clean but the tired carpets and old marks in them let the hotel down and gave me a less the happy feeling even after the lovely meal and great service. Very good value just need a little TLC

I had to cancel one night's accommodation at relatively short notice, which I did, through Laterooms at 5.30pm, half an hour before the 6.00pm deadline. However the following day I had phone calls from the hotel insisting that because ( apparently ) Laterooms had not informed them of my cancellation, I would be due to pay for the accommodation. In the end, I was told I would not be liable. I was not told whether Laterooms had in fact informed them, but at least they honoured the fact that I had followed the correct cancellation procedure as far as I was aware. I would recommend the hotel reviews it's actions, as it certainly left an uncomfortable impression with me.

Awful
Absolutely awful stay - to sum it up the room smelt of smile, bed sheets ripped, card machine not working for dinner payments, no costa available for takeaway as they had run out of cups which took them 10 minute to tell us, tried to sit us at a ridiculously wobbly table. Awful quality of room and stench.

Handy hotel for black country but not near any places to eat etc
Hotel is fine re accomodation but the food is poor. The servcie in the restaurant is border line grudging and I ended up laying most of my own table as did several other eating there. I would stay again but would taxi into town to eat. The hotel did give a 15% discount on the food bill when I pointed it out at checkout.

Nice Place.... :-)
Booked the Park Inn, for an overnight stay in West Brom, visiting a local club. Found it easily, good parking. Staff were attentive & soon got us our Key Cards. Room was a little small, but perfectly OK. All nice & clean, and working. No problems. Would certainly rebook - maybe quite soon...!
